Viking Explorer Scout Unit is open to anyone from 14 to 17 years old, if you like what you see, why not consider joining in! We are an active unit and you will have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities. Our Welcome Pack is full of information – have a look: Viking ESU Welcome Pack V2 Your first few sessions are free to give you a trial run in being an Explorer Scout. If you then want to join, costs are the following:
- £15 joining fee (one off)
- Covers your necker, unit badges and an activity polo shirt.
- £10 per month subscription, payable via Direct Debit.
- Covers general running of the unit, weekly items, lots of biscuits and your membership (and insurance) to The Scouts.
- Some activities may have extra costs, but we try to subsidise activities as much as we can.
